Good Morning Mr. Raines. On November 11th I called your customer service department and explained my problem. Today, November 26th I have not had a contact from the District Manager or the leader of this area (Virginia, Suffolk). I have contacted the stores in this area requesting a name, phone number and I was told they are in a transition period and there is no one???? Could you please contact that individual and ask them to reply. I have been a retail manager for over 25 years and I have never seen the likes of this.. Thank you.
