Good morning, Mr. Rogers.

I have been a very long-time loyal customer of SunTrust having been a customer of Crestar Bank in Bethesda, MD, around 1995, that was taken over by SunTrust. I have always been happy with your customer service. Thank you for that.

Presently, I am having a problem with the ‘Transfer Money function on your website and need help with that please. Each time I click on it, the vertical bars appear and keep dancing but nothing happens! This has never been a problem in the past and I have always been able easily to transfer funds to anther US bank.

I sent an email through the ‘Contact Us site on your webpage and, as usual, it went to someone in India. I myself came to our country from India (full disclosure). As usual, I received an unhelpful boiler-plate reply telling me to do the things that I had already unsuccessfully attempted. The workers in India are, I am sure. sincere and dedicated but appear to be severely limited in what they can help with.

I have not called your toll-free number because that, if I remember rightly from one previous time I called, goes to the Philippines. I asked the person in the Philippines who answered to transfer to me someone in the US. She did and the person in the US promptly resolved my problem with removing a bill-pay account that was no longer needed. Id rather not call your 800 number and go through that routine again and would prefer to deal with this by email, please.

Can you please have someone check why I am no longer able to transfer funds to another US bank account and email me back?
