Good morning Mr Rutledge. Last night I sent off an e mail to you about the very poor quality of your in town employees. When my husband took on the Spectrum service NO ONE TOLD HIM THAT WE GET ONE BOX AND HAVE TO PAY FOR 3 OTHER BOXES. Those 3 boxes come to an additional 180 a year plus 12.60 tax That is a total of 196..00 a year. That is cheating. Wow, what a way to start a service.
