Good morning Mr. Rutledge,

I contacted Spectrum chat and spoke to a customer service representative earlier this evening.

I was contacted them to request assistance with my Spectrum bill for the next two months as I have two brothers and one sister who live in the city of Houston and were all impacted by Hurricane Harvey and are in need of my financial assistance.

I asked that they escalate my request to corporate office and the response I received that based on policy they could not do that.

Being a good TWC and now a Spectrum customer for quite a while now, it is a shame that I cannot get the assistance that I need in a situation such as this.

I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope that you can assist me with my request.
