Good Morning Mr. Rutledge, My name is Peggy O\'Boyle and I have been desperately trying – Thomas M Rutledge email address

Peggy OBoyle sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge - Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. - Email Address that said:

Good Morning Mr. Rutledge,

My name is Peggy OBoyle and I have been desperately trying to interview with Spectrum in Queens, NY for the position of Employee Relations Manager.
I have 15+ years experience and feel that in these times of unrest with employees wages and benefits, I can bring my expertise to benefit your company.
I am old school. I have four rules that I live by and have guided me.
1) Listen to the employees
2)Treat everyone with respect not just upper=management
3)Never waiver from policy and procedure
4) Always be FAIR
These rules have enabled me to diffuse employee relations issues before bubbling up to the next level. I can proudly say that not one employee in all my years of service has made a complaint to the EEOC Board or filed a complaint with a private Attorney on my watch.
I think I would be an asset to your company and almost guarantee that every employee that I would be responsible, would look forward to my on site visits or speaking with me on the phone. Text messages or emails are fine for some things, but when it comes to employee concerns, they are human beings with feelings and need to be addressed immediately.
I would appreciate the opportunity to interview for a position in NYC area with your Human Resources Department.
Thank you for your consideration.
Peggy OBoyle
