Good morning, Mr. Rutledge,
I am writing to you because I have exhausted a search in my area, Lake St Louis, MO, for cheaper cable, internet, and phone service.
My husband of 55 years passed away in April of 2016 so now I am on a fixed income. Last month Charter sent me a letter saying my promotional amount of $147 was going run out with the January payment. From then on my payment would be $160. My neighbor just signed up for Charter, she pays $120 for a silver package; I have basic. Hers is good for three years; mine was only two years.
Is there any alternative to this situation? Charter says that's just the way it is.
