Good Morning Mr. Smith,
I purchased a beautiful Sonic vehicle on Sunday, April 17th from the BMW dealership of Long Beach. This was a special gift to myself after a horrible two year divorce from a horrible and abusive marriage. I work hard rising my four little kids and was so excited to find this car, at a price I could afford. I drove it no more than 4 times, and the engine overheated and turned off in the FAST lane on the freeway. I nearly had a couple of accidents as there was no left shoulder and I had to slowly roll across 4 lanes in high-speed commute traffic. Scariest moment of my life. Extended warranties don't kick in until 30 days after purchase so I am being told I have ZERO coverage on now what will cost me a couple thousand of dollars and I only put about 300 miles on this car since purchase (70 miles were just driving home from the dealership as I drove a long way to get this car of my dreams). This car was supposedly fully inspected, had low mileage; you'd never expect such a problem out the gate. With 4 small children, the last thing I can worry about are these repairs when my warranty isn't even able to help. Please, please help. Thank you so much for your time.
