Good Morning,
My name is Natali. I am sending this email on behalf of Huntington Hardware. We are a small business with a very large client base that relies heavily on our phone system. We switched to Spectrum phones 2 days ago due to the reliability and cost savings we thought we would receive through your company. Our calls were dropped yesterday numerous times until a point where all phones went down multiple times. They ended up going down 4 times, the longest stretch from 2:16 until 3:30. This equates to a high loss of revenue for our company. As a business man, I know you are aware of what this can mean. We had tech support offer up a diagnostic which proved to be inaccurate. We have had a very slow response from your team, which is unexpected and not the type of customer service we expected to receive. Here we are on day 2 and it started all over again. A multitude of dropped calls until the entire system went down 3 times. This is highly unacceptable. I request a call from you in regards to this matter.
