My question is
I'm no longer able to drive my car.
My Dr. has taken that away from me due to a stroke I had in my head,back in Nov. of 2017.
I would like the rest of the payments along with the $300.00 I will be fined because I will not be getting another vehical .
This is a hardship for myself due to I cannot work,
