Good Morning Sir.

We are the proud owners of a Nissan Navara which we bought new in September 2015. We have spent a lot of time travelling in our car because my partner is disabled and the car is ideal for transporting her mobility scooter around and the dogs. However, we seem to have a problem with the SatNav which is 3 years out of date. Why? On several occasions we have been on a dual carriageway that has been there for quite a few years when the satnav directs us to turn right or left despite there being no such turn. When I complained to Nissan UK they did not seem all that concerned and basically told me to contact Navtech to get an upgrade. I wouldnt mind this if the satnav was up to date in the first place which it wasnt. I have a TomTom satnav which I receive four free updates each year. So I am amazed that such a high profile and technologically advanced company as yours cannot install a satnav system that is up to date and fit for purpose. Very disappointing and seriously lets your product down. You may be unaware of this problem in which case I hope you will look into the matter and maybe rectify it.
