I have been an avid Toyota customer from Elk Grove, CA (USA) since 2005. I believe in the quality efficiency of your products.
I have fallen on bad times had a hard time making my payments. I have been calling customer service about ways they can help me, and have been trying to pay weekly but my car got repossesed yesterday. I do not blame anybody for that; but I fought tooth nail to have the money to pay today. I am asking your good office to help me redeem my car today. I am taking my chances on you because I spoke with the manager of the redemption department was told they cannot expedite the process. You may have a bigger voice in making this happen today, knowing the quality of your service to your customers.
