Good Morning Steve,
On 12/24/2015 you approached our home to notify us your Waste Management truck pulled down a wire behind our home.
You stated that you called the FIOS/Verizon to come out. To date this has not happened
The wire is directly behind my garage and as I pulled out of the garage the wire got caught on my left drivers mirror and scratched my car.
We attempted to clean off the marks, but the marks are still apparent.
I can take it to the car detailing that washes my car and see if the detailing can remove the marks, if not I will take it to BMW for touch up.
I would like your Company to cover these costs.
Please also have the respectable Company come out and take care of the downed wire.
