Good Morning:
This is a follow up email to a previous complaint. I am leasing a 2015 Audi Q5. I have had nothing but issues. First, my brakes squealed for 8 months. Secondly, my steering component was faulty, I was stranded on the side of the road to wait for a tow. Now, I just received another service action letter in the mail, 82B8.
I have had nothing but issues with this car. And the customer service is horrible. I really would like to get out of this lease, and move to a bmw X5.
I am hoping to hear back from someone. I have been dealing with Kevin Franco at Audi Turnersville, but my issues are not being resolved.
