Good morning . Yesterday I was told I could not fly as I was diagnosed with a DVT . Due to fly back to the uk from Spain to collect my niece who's father us just had an operation for cancer , I have had to change the name on the flights so my husband can collect her , we have paid 110 pounds to change a name ourself your company don't do ,it all the work is done by the consumer how do you justify the cost .it was cheaper to book a new ticket from Spain to the uk than change the name on the ticket, I don't mind paying a fee but the amount charges is excessive , I understand it's a budget airline , but surely when circumstances such as our a title bit of compassion wouldn't go amiss . So it's cost me 67.99 eurosfor a new flight and 110 pound to change the name total madness. Regards. Michelle
