Good Morning/Afternoon Mr. Mansell, I am an MVC shopper at Kohl’s and enjoy shopping the – Kevin Mansell email address

Denise sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:

Good Morning/Afternoon Mr. Mansell,
I am an MVC shopper at Kohl's and enjoy shopping the savings and the quality of merchandise, however, the Medford, MA store had renovations because of Wegman's moving into the mall. My complaint is, on 05/11/2016, I paid my bill at this store with a personal check and as of today, 05/27/2016, it has not gone through my bank, but it has posted to my Kohl's account. I have tried on numerous occasions to try to resolve this with the stores, Kohl's in Medford does not answer their phone, and the Saugus, MA store told me that it was an issue with my bank. All I want is to find out where my check went after my payment was posted to my Kohl's account. I do not want to see an additional charge to my bank account in the coming months.
