I hope your Labor Day holiday weekend as relaxing and peaceful as mines was, I know you must be thinking to yourself why would I state this, Well sir. I am writing you personal because of one of your extra extra wonderful, amazing supervisor by the name of Sharon ID 27552 to my knowledge she is located of Salt Lake City Utahans. To understand why I am singing this woman praises and to the training of her as a Jet Blue employee supervisor skills I must give you an insight to my situation. this whole story begins with my son soon to be a repeat customer as well as myself on your airline as we have travel on it once before. Daihan is about to graduate from High School in June of 2017 and his moms as he likes to refer to me. I could not be more proud as we all are as parents,relatives or just someone we love who have accomplished this great achievement. I decided to reward my beautiful baby boy with his first international trip to Aruba. You see we dont have much family well none we have been in touch with since my parents past away right before he was born. Also I was born Handi-Capable with an eye disease called Keratoconus that now has left me blind in one eye. So a party was out of the question. I saved most of the money for about a year and Daihan was able to obtained a job this summer through his school Board of Education Summer Youth Job Program in Copaigue Long Island NY. I know you are saying to yourself once again I am very busy gentleman can you get the point already please. Well here goes I was able purchase my round trip tickets first because I thought it to be more expensive as I am an adult I had to do it separate as I saved the money then I brought Daihan one way going to Aruba from New York JFK leaving September 15 2016 and found out his was an adult ticket as well when I purchase his first tickets it was way more expensive then I intended so I had to keep saving to get a return flight for him. On 9/03/2016 I was finally able to complete my entire transaction with Daihan return flight on September 21 2016. I was told by the agent who booked the flight the debit card transaction was valid and also given a confirmation six digit letters
for this return flight and she stated the flight info will be sent to me via email. I went about my day and never checked my email at that moment because I never had a problem with Jet Blue to this date. To my dismay no email was not sent as well as no denial that my transaction did not go through as the agent stated,note this was not Sharon but a earlier previous agent who had written in her notes that my call was dropped. this was an mistaken written error on her part as she gave me an valid Confirmation letters as it was valid to Sharon she pulled up the info that was provided to me but unfortunately no payment was attached. I will be honest to you Mr. Hayes when I initially made the transaction that morning at 11.16 am EST the money was in my account that is why I did it before I went out to do some last minutes shopping my son upcoming school year and trip. And at 12am on 9/04/2016 I called Jet Blue as was finally able to speak with your Supervisor Sharon I explained to her my story on how I thought I had a ticket that why I took care of my son needs school supplies as well as other items for him. It was at this time time that I found out that card was denied when my funds was low and I did have enough to purchase this ticket at this time. you can not imagine the fear that I had because I had to get my son home from this trip there was no way I could leave him there that was my nightmare I would have cancelled the whole trip. Sharon and Jet Blue training in true customer service training to the recuse she discounted my ticket to the point that I was able to come up with the remaining balance of $100.00. Yes I had to borrowed
it from Daihans trip savings that he worked so hard for and there may be activities that he will not able to do but he did not blink or faulted to help me out in my time of need and neither did Sharon Id 27552 Salt Lake Utahas. it is good to know there are kind souls are still out there and Jet Blue has to good sense to employ her. Thank you for taking a bit of your time to read this email of a thankful joyful mother who will vacationing and traveling with her son to and from together.
