Good morning,
I am currently an account holder at suntrust and am very unsatisfied with the customer service and how this bank functions. I have the online banking app that I check frequently to ensure that my account does not fall into a negative status. 8/6/17 I made a purchase of 39.99 before making that purchase I checked my account and I had the available balance of $11 so after the purchase I immediately deposited $29.70 into my account which posted on 8/7/17. at 9:30, 12:10 and 1:30 I checked my account to ensure that I wasnt charged an overdraft fee and I saw that I was okay because there was no overdraft fee posted. I wake up 8/8/17 at 9:30am and check my account again to make sure that the $100 dollars that I transferred posted to my account and saw that I was charged an overdraft fee on 8/7/17. How isthat possible if I checked my account at midnight and there was no overdraft fee posted! I then called customer service to rectify this issue and spoke to a supervisor named (kiera) she began to tell me there was nothing she can do. This makes me extremely mad. I need someone to help me rectify this as soon as possible.
