Good Morning,
I have Aetna insurance and pay a very high premium. According to our Aetna Website we are eligible for an incentive reward of $50. if I do an online Health program which I have been doing for months now under the health dashboard. In fact, I have almost completed it. Two of my co-workers have completed this very long program and have been told "sorry that was a mistake , it was not supposed to be on your site". And that our company does not offer that reward. But here is my argument: This is false advertisement on Aetnas behalf and your company designed the site. We should be compensated regardless. Please do the right thing. Even though this is a small monetary amount, it took us a lot of time to work on it.
