Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) were established in the year 1972 under the Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, with the objective of providing rural youth avenues to take part in the process of nation building as well providing opportunities for the development of their personality and skills and It channelizes the power of youth on the principles of voluntarism, self-help and community participation. Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan has established a network of youth clubs in villages and has targeted to identify areas of harnessing youth power for development by forming Youth Clubs, which are village level voluntary action groups of youth at the grassroots level to involve them in nation building activities. The core strength of NYKS lies in its network of youth and youth clubs.
Youth Clubs are village based organizations working for community development and youth empowerment. The basic objective for creation of youth clubs is to render community support through developmental initiatives involving activities with particular focus on youth empowerment. The implementation of programmes and activities of youth clubs is based on local needs and requirements by mobilizing resources from various government departments and other agencies, which include both national, State level and multilateral institutions. The youth clubs and its member volunteers form the base of the NYKSs vast national rural network.
To the development and uplift of the youth we are implementing various activities with the support of Government of India, State Government and also the guidance and assistance of non-government agencies and institutions.
We got an golden opportunity to visit Gandhigram University Chennai and vised Yamaha Two Wheeler Training Centre and well aware about your reputed institutions Community Development Programme, especially for the youth and finically backward communities. In this background, we would like to submit a same proposal for kind attention and approval.
YAMAHA BOAT ENGINE AND TWO WHEELER MECHANISAM TRAINING
As you are aware that the unemployment ratio and lack of opportunities and also the scarcity of skilled labours in Kerala, especially in the Coastal area. Lack of alternative livelihood schemes are caused increased various issues in youth. In Kerala, all the fishermen are withdrawn from their traditional fishing method and most of them are using motorized boat for fishing. The government of Kerala is giving more support and assistance to them to purchase Motorized Boat for fishing and in our basic realized that the majority of the fishermen are using YAMAHA ENGINE in their fishing boat.
In these circumstances a Skill Development Training of Repairing of Yamaha Boat Engine and Yamaha Two Wheeler Mechanism will help to change the livelihood of poor people of Kerala especially in the Coastal Area. Through these two Courses your company can get an opportunity to increase business and reduce the scarcity of manpower in the mechanical sector.
For the two training programmes we offer the following support;
