Reason for this email is to let you know how much I appreciate Capital One and there benefits for using my card. I'd like to continue to use this card as my primary card use but the available limit doesn't allow me the flexibility. Every time I try to use it bring my score down. I don't want to get penalized for using my card. If you can please have an underwrite look through it and assist me. The holidays are right around the corner and I'd like to take advantage of the benefits instead of always paying cash because I'm worried about my score. Thank you so much!
