greeting mr meyer, the reason for this email is to advise you for the reason for my internet cancellation, today i spent about 2 hours trying to fix my internet radio. it keeps loading, and never comes on as it has in the past. your team had me change all my info, new password, ect, they reloaded flash player several times,and hung up on me once. after all this, they escalated my problem, but i was told this would take approx 10 days. are they serious? what will 10 days do?
i was so frustrated, i cancelled my internet prescription, but i was advised i couldn't do that without a $2.00 charge. I love xm radio and would like to continue in my home, i feel like i got the bums rush. i am nor computer literate, and type with 2 fingers, i am old school. your folks don't have a lot of patience with us. thanks for listening. woodro
