Greeting Sir, i’m a resident of Bangalore, staying behind ITC infotech No. 18, ITC Business – Yogesh Chander Deveshwar email address

Umashankar sent a message to Yogesh Chander Deveshwar Chairman and CEO, ITC Limited – email address that said:

Greeting Sir,

i'm a resident of Bangalore, staying behind ITC infotech.

We have seen the ITC factory grow from being an cigarette manufacturing unit to a garment unit, to ITC infotec and now a mammoth structure which has coming up.while we are happy to see it prosper, it has caused us some inconvenience.

Subject: The reason for me to write this mail is that the construction unit has opened up two gates just opposite to my house (15/4 Acharappa building, Jeevanahalli Main road, behind ITC infotech),

Problem statement: Once the building is fully constructed, it will cause a lot of inconvenience to my family as the traffic inflow opposite to my house will increase. My parents are 70 years old and this will have a major impact on their health due to noise pollution.

suggestion: you can have the gate shifted to any-other location OR there are temples built behind the compound wall of ITC where there are no residence (this is just 20 ft from the designated gate), if that could be cleared and opened up to be your exit and entry point, that would be highly appreciated.

also, age old trees are being cut to make way for the gates, please look into it, as its painful to see those trees being chopped.

i have mentioned about the temples to the PMO (Prime Minister Office) too, as its on acquired land.

my name is Umashankar and i'm a 40 year old individual working for Cognizant, you can have your team call me  for any clarification.

thanking you,
Umashankar .
