Sorry to bother You.
I have problem with one of your authorized service.
They don`t want to fix my phone.
I bought my Sony Xperia Z3 compact on 31.03.2015. and it worked perfect until about end of 05/2016
At first I have problem with connection on any wi fi. Phone couldn`t connect on any. A few days later it became so hot that I felt heat in my pocket although phone was in case. I thought that it is going to explode. Phone quickly emptied and turned off.
When I put it on charger it don`t want to turn on.
I sent it in autorized servis at 08.06.2016. but several days later they send it back, and they didn`t fix it because they said that it was unautorized open.
I bought a brand new phone and I know that it wasn`t unautorized open so I written complaint and I want that they give me any evidence for their claims. I send it back to service on 13.07.2016. but they send it back to me, again, without any evidence and again my phone wasn`t fixt.
I wrote to Sony corporation U.K. but they forwarded me to someone who didn`t want to lissent to me and investigate that servise.
I don`t know if they don`t know how to fix that problem, but i read on internet for same servise that they said same thing to some other costumers with same symptoms on their phones.
I hope that You will investigate that servise!?
Besause why would I pay someone for any repars on my phone when I have guarantee!?
It is Agramservice in Croatia in Europe.
I just wnt to fix my phone.
I hope that You can help me, and other Your costumers if it is problem in service.
