As player of one of your companies product, World of Tanks, I realy feel dissapointed by Wargaming.net Customer support. In 10 years of playing multiplayer online games I've never been acused for cheating or abusing game mechanics and now I got baned for 14 days under acusations that I was cheating in WoT. I've been contacting Customer Support for last few days in order to provide me evidence which are used for my conviction and all I've got is bunch of copy/paste answers. So I'm kinda force to write directly to you I'm hoping that you can help me somehow. My in-game nick is dotree and I'm playing on EU server.
