Greetings,

Last Friday my mom who does not speak English and who is a US citizen along with 2 other of her friends went to a gas station to purchase a Lottery Ticket. The store is 1501 E Franklin St Chapel Hill, NC. When she approached the counter the lady asked her for her Identification, my Mom did not have it. So she went to the car and told hero the 2 friends to go buy it, when they went the assistant told them that she was not going to sell the ticket to them because their licenses were illegal, without even looking at it and as soon as they step into the door. Which of course the license are not, they are absolutely valid. Which I wonder if the ID excuse was true because no license is required in NC to purchase tickets. Then they told my mom and her 2 friends to get out of her store This is a Country-wide major gas station, that I will not disclose here. My case will also by in Univision channel 40 today at 6 because a reporter was at the gas station at that time. My mother a US citizen and her 2 friends also citizens felt discriminated on this and they believe based on the gay the attendant handle the situation that she did it based on their race or legal status because she said that her licenses were illegal and told them to get out of the store. I am sure you guys will be able to see this video on the security cameras, this is serious matter, I am in the process of finding a lawyer for this discrimination, we have witnesses, we have the security camera videos. I need this matter to be sent to the highest ranked person in Circle K as Possible, this is not a simple complaints, is far more than that, it is a discrimination situation involving legal matters.

Thank you so much and i will appreciate you assistance.
