Greetings Greg,
I wanted to take a moment to tell you about one of your line level team members Chris Gutierrez. First we live in a small mountain community about 30 miles from the nearest auto parts store let alone any store. But in this competitive marketplace we have, one can find auto parts considerably less than what I find at O'Reilly's and the extra distance to find that "deal" is typically worth it. I've come to find that it's really about the service experience that keep my money coming in. The one reason I continue shopping at you store is solely due to the genuine servants heart Chris displays each and every time I come in to shop with you. He goes out of his way to ensure I am getting the right part at the best price all while ensuring your customer is getting real HONEST direction. Sure there have been times when he could have sold me a more expensive part or something that really wasn't necessary but he didn't. He's taken the time to get to know both my wife and I understand our budget and help make the best decision based on not just making a sale but who we are, what the need is and our budget needs. He gone so far as assisting my wife when she locked her keys in the car. Something the corporate "risk management" department might frown upon, but he had the sense of genuine service to those with whom he's built relationships to make light of a grey area. These are the kind of people I want working for my business and at all the businesses I deal with. I hope Chris' employment is due to your personal hiring philosophy. I was told early on to surround myself with people who are better than me and I would find success. I believed that and have personnaly and professionally reaped the rewards. I hope you will recognize the asset you have in Chris Gutierrez just as we have. Oddly I don't know the manager's name.
All the best,
Sean
