I have gone to this Shell recently and found the credit card readers at pumps to be suspiciously loose (the concern obviously regarding skimmers). When I talked to employees on duty about the concern, they just laughed it off. My neighbors in the area have likewise complained about the lack of customer service at this same Shell branch.
I am contacting you to determine if anything can be done to improve the customer service situation at this Shell branch, whether it would be hiring/firing staff as appropriate or retraining staff as appropriate. This is a Shell branch I have preferred in past years before these issues arose as it is close to home for me and is also the closest station with a car wash. It is very inconvenient for me to visit other Shell stations, especially when my vehicles also are in need of a car wash.
