Greetings,
I was attempting to use my Southwest Airlines credit towards a flight in June 2016 with my wife and three children.
I am not allowed to book the flight because it is past the date of May 13, 2016.
I was attempting to book a flight from BWI to ATL roundtrip. I was told that since it is past May 13th, I would have to wait and after May 13th and then I would only get a 14.99 credit from my original credit of 114.99.
I retired from the US Army in 2013 and do not have a lot of disposable income.
My question: can you point me in the right direction of someone at SWA who might be able to assist me?
