We are currently a client of ADP using your payroll services which we have been fairly happy with. We have also started to use your Benefits package into our firm. We are a midsize business with a total of 650 employees.
However, we are having some issues with the Benefits package and cannot seem to make any headway with moving forward with it. We believe in ADP and know that we can get some headway with the right people. I hope that you can direct me to the right channels in having a resolution to the product of yours that we are currently using.
