Michelle sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks Email Address that said:
Greetings Mr Rogers,
I have a business account with SunTrust bank and I mailed you 4 20,000.00 checks written from Edward Deloach. I have on record that your office signed for the checks to be deposited into my acct on February 9th, 2016. It is now March 4th and I have not heard a peep from anyone over at SunTrust.
I sent the checks via notary presentment, and I made you and the CFO of the bank fiduciary please see the copies of the form 56F that was turned into the IRS.
Could someone get back to me as soon a possible as my client Edward Deloach seems to think that my company is dishonoring his instruments.
