I am contacting you upon some poor customer service I received at Bone-fish Grill, in Gainesville, Virginia. I was there with a friend and we had two separate checks, the waitress charged me for my friends order rather than mine. They refunded me my money but keep in my mind that my friends order was much more expensive than mine and that left my checking account pretty much empty until the return went through. I am very unsatisfied, and will be sure not to visit bone-fish grill again which is sad because I loved the food.
