Greetings,
My 13 year old child used my credit card without my permission and spent over $2000.00. These charges are fraudulent and unauthorized and Playstation has refused to refund me for these charges that were not permitted by me. I would like to be refunded in full. It is my sincere hope that you or someone from your office will contact me to resolve this matter.
