Greetings--
My name is John. My signal went out yesterday. After numerous calls and appeals, I was told the earliest someone could come out and repair it is this Friday.
What really upsets me is that I switched over from ATT UVERSE because your sales people and several of my friends advised me that your Customer Service was top notch, and I would never encounter any of the problems that I had with ATT. It was a nightmare with them. I had my doubts about switching to you because you are owned by ATT.
I see the same things with DIRECTV now that happened with UVerse. Initially great customer service, then uncaring people.
Can you help me?
