Greg,
I applied for a credit card and was approved by your company about three months ago. The account was immediately hacked by someone for two unauthorized charges. I called and had the account closed and a new account opened. I was told a new card would be issued. It is now two months later and I still have not received my replacement card. I have made four phone calls to your customer service. I have verified my address each time. I was a banker for 33 years and can't believe this issue continues. Please help!!!
