It's dangerous and I want out of there right away! I have a manufacturing degree but I have no career work experience so my resume is too busted up to market. I want a job program like subsidized employment, on the job training or an apprenticeship program where you're put in a job on a trial basis and if your work is solid they hire you on full time. I want placement in a job that fits my educational background like order of operations or quality control.
