Gregory, I am now a former customer of OReilly Auto Parts. A great lady, Donna ? who worked at the Alexis Rd. store in Toledo, Ohio is no longer there. Your district/regional manager seems to be removing all females in authority. Donna knew more about cars parts than any woman I have ever met. She has moved on, and so have I. You have now lost her me. AutoZone across the street will now get my business due to poor area management oversight.
