Good Day Doctor,
Will it be ok to send a hypothesis?
Hypothesis of HIV and similar viruses( Including Sars CoV 2, SARS and etc) upon entry to host. Evolution of viruses which are zoonotic in nature(The Glycoprotein Receptor Site Removing Virus).
HIV Virus and SARS CoV 2 during the early phase of entry
The human immunodeficiency virus, is like all viruses attack by the immune system during the early phase of entry. However, HIV is a unique Virus. During humoral and cell mediated response in the early phase of entry, HIV can easily elude immune response whenever threatened by easily giving off/removing/cutting off its receptor sites composing of GP120(this mechanism is my hypothesis Doctor) before they can be totally engulf by the receptor sites presenting cells/ macrophage. Leaving the virus only with the capsid. These detached receptor sites/ epitopes should have served as the primary signal target proteins in order to bring about an immune response. And in the absence of these epitopes, the immune system is thought of to have shut down. Actually it never shut off in the first place...it just cannot detect the virus because there are no more target proteins to attack since it already removed its own receptor sites (Many years ago Doctor in the year 2000, I read an old scientific American journal saying that some scientist remove the receptor sites of a similar virus and what astonished them is that the immune system instead of attacking it, it instead shut off) and as soon as the immune response draws back, the HIV virus receptor sites from the Virus capsids start to regenerate or agglutinate( this is part of my hypothesis Doctor) and the whole process starts again and again...removing its receptor site every time an immune response takes place then regenerating/ attaching again every time it retreats. This process continue until it reaches the CD4 T Lymphocytes which is the Helper T cell targeted by the HIV virus( SARS-CoV-2 uses the SARS-CoV receptor ACE2 for entry and the serine protease TMPRSS2 for S protein priming). I believe the HIV virus / SARS CoV 2 is doing the same- a self defense mechanism of detaching its own target protein(gp120, in SARS CoV2 itâs the S epitopes) in order not to bring about an immune response. I also know that viruses cannot synthesize proteins but somehow HIV is able to do this removing and attaching or rearranging them(Glycoprotein receptor sites) at a faster rate than the immune system. I believe there is an enzymes or acid that causes it but is still unknown....somehow it causes a glycosylation effect release by the macrophage immediately after opsonization and when the Macrophage is about engulf it. If so, in my humble opinion...it can be tricked. As to the treatment, I can only speculate Doctor, but I really believe this phenomenon of viral removal of glycoprotein is cause by chemical reactions caused by the macrophages...theoretically,during classical pathway of complement activation, if somehow we can inhibit macrophage for a while so that the isotopes will not be detached and allow normal antigen cell death (C4bC2aC3bC5bC6C7C8C9 thru Membrane Attack Complex)to occur then it would have been tricked...but this is only speculations. But the principle is not to allow the antigen to remove its isotopes. Anyway Iâm just glad to have told my hypothesis to a scientist. I believe this is the evolution of some viruses which are zoonotic in nature even the Sars-CoV-2, SARS and etc...âthe receptor site removing virusesâ. Thank you for your time Doctor. Forgive me for bothering you Doctor. God Bless.
