i am writing in regard to a Dental Claim file in March of this year. it took your people from june of 2017 to March of 2018 to get a waiver of waiting period handled. require 3 emails to 3 different people. you are now denying service after the dentist has sent xrays twice and your claims people can not find them. I know this is trival to a CEO, but I have zero tolerance for incompetence.
