Roger sent a message to Deanna Mulligan that said:
Dear Mrs. Mulligan,
I've been looking to contact you, I will try to be brief. The gap in life insurance is still huge, leaving most American families unprotected. I think I found a way to help solve this gap which would impact positively in insurers' revenues. The solution is using data processed from Social Media and understand how to use it. Based on this data I have discovered that single mothers are strongly interested in psychological services for children (which could be an appealing cover for them). Understanding this specific needs from customers would make a difference but unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to develop my solution in the US yet (only with an insurer from Peru so far). I am moving to New York in March and I would be more than happy to invite you for a coffee or have 5 minutes conversation with you if possible. Your opinion and feedback on this would have a huge value for me.
In any case, I really much appreciate that you read this e-mail.
Best Regards,
Roger
