Had a problem with compass banking, have now sent 4 messages over 4 days and each time get a an automatic message saying they will respond within 48 hours and no responses at all - not 1. Guess it's just more false advertising, I am paying $15 a month for this account and 'service' and they do nothing. Guess it's just another lie, just as they did when they originally contacted me about opening an account and advertising/free checking for life. Which was just another lie, as was the no charges for using ATMs at other banks. Appears Compass is nothing more than one lie after another.
