Had a problem with Verizon rep at kiosk in Spartanburg s.c. talked to store manager,he took my info ,never heard back from him. 4 weeks later an associate at customer service again took all my info,once again haven't heard back from anyone, really frustrated that Verizon rep.pulled what I would call a bait and switch. Any responses would be appreciated. Can't understand why a store manager would forget a good solid customer who really likes shopping at Costco. Thank you .
