Jack sent a message to David Brandon chief executive officer of Toys “R” Us- email address that said:
Had a very unpleasant experience trying to return an item a Lego box however since it was opened they didnt want to return it
Made excuses they did and the manager guy said well Ive been working for 15 years and we dont have to return video games or open Legos if we dont want to.
Happened in Coquitlum B.C.
