Had an issue with a free offer from Best Buy available only online and not in the store. The Otterbox phone case for Samsung Galaxy 7 was available, but only for a specific color which was not mentioned in the email I received. After speaking with a supervisor and an representative online, I got no results. I choose a color, evidently, that was not offered as a free gift. Asked why there was not a specific link to show the eligible free items only instead of the regular Best Buy website. They told me it was specific only to a certain color and I could not get the one I wanted. I was wanting the red Otterbox case for the Samsung Galaxy 7. The Model number is 46775BBR, SKU is 4914600.
I feel I should have been able to obtain the free item of my choice because nothing was stipulated otherwise.
We have spent several thousand dollars at Best Buy over the years and go their for our electronic needs. We are now leaning toward finding another place of business for our electronic needs.
I have a copy of the transcript from the online chat if you would like me to mail it to you so you can see what was said.
I find that by talking to those people did not resolve my issue and therefore, gave a zero rating in the survey.
I would appreciate any feedback on this issue.
