Hello, stopped into Yankee Harley in Bristol CT this weekend to talk about upgrading my seat. Stopped by the parts area to find out where they had moved the demo seats (used to be in the service area on a wall). I was told by the parts person that they did not have any. so I began to ask him questions on the two particular seats I was interested in. He really could not tell me the differences in the seats from a stock seat. He did have one of the seats in stock, and again when asked questions could not really give any product specifics. He did not even offer to let me try it out. I did ask about the exchange policy ti I purchased and it was not to my liking. He stated could drive a mile or tow and if not happy they would exchange it. My questions are; shouldn't the parts person be a little more knowledgeable, and shouldn't the dealership have demo seats? Guess I will spend my money on a mustang or saddleman seat.
