My Name is Bryan Jefferies i am a Canadian from Vancouver Island, (Sooke BC) i am just emailing you to ask you about why shipping painted parts takes 2-3 months? i was unfortunate enough to have a deer hit me early in the season and as a result I\'ve had my bike in the "new" Barnes H.D (old Steve Drane H.D) located in Victoria BC. since the end of July 2015, and now we are into Nov and they are telling me that the parts will not be there until Mid Dec this seems to be a very long time to wait to get painted parts. understandably i am pretty frustrated with this, I have missed well over half my summer riding, missed 2 trips that have been planned for over 2 years now with friends. i don\'t know even if you can do anything about this, but the service i have gotten is just been a bad experience, and hope you might be able to work on the time lines on shipping parts to Canada. I love Harley Davidson\'s and my 08 street glide however this bike could have been back on the road within a 2-3 week period and not 5-6 months. anyway thanks for listening Keith, I hope you guys can maybe work on a new shipping plan to get painted parts to Canada faster and save people a lot of frustration, and get them on the road as fast as possible. anyway Thanks again hope you have had a great summer.
