Hoffpauer sells mainly other equipment but they acquired about 20 HD's in a trade of equipment. I'm a long hauler, truck driver. Drive all the time 48 states. I've built my first motorcycle when I was 17. A fully chopped BSA lightening. I know how to twist wrenches from 10 years in Oil drilling industry a while back.
Horned Toad harley in Harker Heights and Harley of Georgetown TX, have been my contacts with Harley. Also, I watch Youtube videos online. Somebody from either Harker Heights or Georgetown told me after I asked them, how much torque do I put on Primary case screws as my case is dripping oil. Somebody, who, I guess thinks their shit don't stink or are big headed cause you know they work at Harley Davidson, told me 108 ft lbs.
Today, I find out from a harley parts and repair dealer in Georgetown that it's not ft lbs it's in lbs. I'm pissed. Not only at some of the stupid bastards whom Harley hires but at myself for believing Harley Davidson People are credible. You ain't and Eat shit and call it Rabbit now that I know where most of the assholes work, HD.
