Would like to let you know that your Customer Service lady makes promises and does not return calls? She also has denied me to be able to speak with someone in management, or at the executive level? She is stating she would give a message and the upper management, they would review and decide whether or not they will decide to call me back? Really, a Customer? This is regarding HD REF# 3419758. I FEEL INSULTED, DISGUSTED, AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH HD SO FAR AT EVERY TURN SINCE BUYING A YOUR BRAND OF BIKE! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IS ANY VEHICLE, MOTORCYCLE OR CAR, I EVER BOUGHT, OR THE FAILURE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT A DEALER, ALL THE WAY TO YOUR CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE? Please have someone give me a call back and discuss with me why you allow Customer Service to treat your Customers like Garbage and Disrespectful?
