Good Afternoon Mr. Levatich,
I bought a VRSCA/V-Rod in November of last year from a private owner in Cleveland Ohio. Did my due diligence and had it taken by the private owner to South East Harley in Bedford Heights, Ohio on Aurora, to inspect the bike before purchasing. Drove from to Detroit to Cleveland and was told the bike was in perfect condition, which I paid for an inspection report that reflects the same.
Brought it home and last month took it to Harley Dealership in Farmington to have engine guards put on and found out THE FRAME OF THE BIKE WAS CRACKED AND RADIATOR BUSTED!!!!!!! Emailed the previous owner, Anthony Richardson and South East Harley and both are blaming the other and no one is willing to take acceptance for the lies and fix the bike, not to mention if I had not taken it to the Harley Dealership in Farmington, I could have been seriously injured or killed!!!!!!!
Mr. Levatich, I NEVER even had a chance to ride the bike. I have pictures and documentation, I just need someone to help me, please contact me, Charlene Johnson 313-574-7633. Thank You
