Hello, I am writing you as a last resort to getting a problem with my husband's Harley-Davidson motorcycle returned to him from the Trussville AL dealership. He took his Harley to them over 8 weeks ago for repair and routine maintenance and has yet to have it returned to him. They have been rude to him, made constant excuses as to why it is taking so long. Their lack of employees to perform customer service in a professional, courteous, and timely manner is a slap in the face of people like my husband who are the backbone of your customer base. If your company truly stands behind their products, why then once you all get their hard earned money does your company lose all interest in the customer? We have been more than patient and understanding. It is getting to the point where I am urging my husband to seek legal counsel. We have not been able to get this resolved with the Trussville AL Harley Davidson dealership. That's why I am imploring you, the President and the Heart of Harley to please help my husband get his bike back so he can go riding before the riding season is over. Thank you Donna Yielding
