To the Harley-Davidson motor corporation I purchased what I thought was the finest motorcycle ever made I have a 2017 Fatboy s 3260 miles the trans blows up which I understand mechanical things break my problem is it's a 10-day wait just to have them look at my bike then they'll have to order the parts and then it'll be 3 days before they get the parts and probably another 3 days to do the job so I ask for a loaner motorcycle I was told there are no loners at Lakeshore Harley-Davidson in Libertyville I'm very displeased because I want to trade the bike in to find out I lost almost $10,000 in a year and a month because the trade-in value of my motorcycle is $15,000 I really wish somebody could explain to me why am I motorcycle depreciated $10,000 and why I could not receive a loaner motorcycle when you're going to have my motorcycle tied up for at least a month please respond to me right wrong or indifferent because Harley-Davidson is left a bad taste in my mouth this is my first and only email that Harley-Davidson I hope you fix my motorcycle correctly the first time because if it happens again I will take my business to your competitor sincerely Paul Fiore
